Admission

Requirement for Application of New Students:
	Pre – Elementary
		PSA Birth Certificate Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic) ID picture 1x1
	Grades I-VI
		PSA Birth Certificate Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic) SF 9 (Report Card) Certification of Good Moral Character from the school where he/she came from Certificate of Eligibility to transfer Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) Number for foreign students ID picture 1x1
	Grades VII-XII
		PSA Birth Certificate Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic) SF 9 (Report Card) Certification of Good Moral Character from the school where he/she came from Certificate of Eligibility to transfer Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) Number for foreign students 3 ID pictures 1x1 (white background)
	The school considers any transferee as temporarily enrolled until after it has received his/her Form 137 (Record) from the school where he/she came from. The school reserves the right to admit, refuse or dismiss a pupil because of his/her academic and/or conduct performance and attendance.

	Transferees for Grades 7:
		A. The student transferee should pass the entrance examination. B. He/She, together with the parent/guardian, will undergo a series of interview. C. If he/she is presently enrolled in a regular high school, he/she will have to take D. Technical Writing/Earth and Environmental Science for incoming Grade 8.
